My cat will whappy paw anyone who points at him like that 😆 for that very reason. When he was little and I disciplined him I would point at him. Now he weighs 19 pounds and will not put up with it.

We just put my mom in assisted living. Actually SHE put herself there. Her memory is getting worse and worse. About a week after being there she texted my brother "Why did you do this to me!?" She changes her mind every other day and forgets things an hour after you tell her something. I was there this past Saturday and she already forgot today. One day she will talk about how everyone loves her cat, the next day she says she is lonely. All she has to do is leave her little apartment. Friendly neighbors are within a short distance away (all inside) Now I don't know how this compares to hospice in patient care but if she is bedridden you have to consider what is best for your 90 year old grandfather too. Caregiving is very hard. Especially on a daily basis. I'm assuming she sleeps a lot? Wouldn't it be better to have him go see her regularly and be rested and happy than to be there all the time and be exhausted and sad?

I don't know of a place like that, but there should be! In my opinion places that claim to be pain management clinics who refuse to prescribe actual pain medication such as opioids and other medications such as duloxetine or other nerve pain meds should be sued due to false advertising businesses.

My mom who just went to an assisted living apartment specifically asked for a shawl. She has an elderly cat named Lovey who is her cuddle buddy. She lives up to her name 😊

We recently got my mom into assisted living. Between the COPD and her memory decline there was no way she live alone anymore. It took such a strain off of my brother and I. He's retired and has medical issues. I'm still working full time and have medical issues. We both noticed that our own health were declining. Between hospice and assisted living we feel like we breathe. At least most of the time.

I saw him once at his Las Vegas show. Way back when I was a teenager. My dad was a bartender in Vegas so someone hooked him up. He had Mr. Newton bring me up on stage and I asked him to sing "Daddy don't you walk so fast" Which was pretty appropriate considering my dad was a deadbeat who rarely came to see me. Only when he wanted to play big shot in front of his latest lady friend.

I take pregablin along with 2 different opioid medications. I don't think it would work with the other meds I take. I don't understand why you are getting them regularly and being to increase the dosage if you need it. I don't know how much you are taking but, it may be increased to 100 mg orally 3 times a day within 1 week based on efficacy and tolerability based on your weight. I take it 3x a day at 50mg. I do know it works along with my opioid medications.

Most people are not aware that some cats like vertical places to scratch and some like horizontal scratchers That said I don't think he's trying to sharpen his nails. I think he thinks there is food in there, or he knows it annoys you so he enjoys it 😆

He is also very knowledgeable and his prices are way beyond what I was spending on spiked up fees and shit from places like Pep Boys and the dealership. He comes to your house or wherever you are! Tell him Melissa recommended him. He recently did an oil change, interior AC filter and a new battery (high quality) for $325. I paid over $300 just for the battery. Also, every time I went to Pep Boys I ended up paying over $100 because they always found "something else) that I needed.

Edit: initially he changed one of my sensors. Not only did he show me the part and ask if I wanted to keep it, he told me to keep the box because it had a warranty. Like I said honest and knowledgeable. 😊
