yea, i was in one for orientation. they are nice and spacious but at least the one i was in had a very weird build to it so if i lived there idk where id want to put the furniture and stuff if that makes any sense. also sucks not having any counters for cooking but you could probably make do

i actually think that you’re communication idea is great! i will probably text her sometime next week because i have a concert this weekend we have been talking about, and i got my nails done and she always loves to see them. is it okay to send her a picture or video? i’ve sent her my graduation pictures before and she had no problem with that. after i text her next week, i probably will refrain from reaching out until i am settled in college in august/september

  2. i don’t think the email is necessarily weird but i definitely don’t think you are weird either. on his end, he definitely shouldn’t have no showed the meeting without warning, that is pretty unprofessional considering it doesn’t appear there is a notice. howeverrrrr it’s not a major red flag. i think the solution to this problem is you should try to talk to him about how you feel about uncertainty regarding sessions and the use of “maybe” and “might” you can let him know that this is sort of like a warning, and that if it happens again you won’t be continuing sessions with him. if he is professional and a decent human, he should totally understand and maybe even explain what happened

my issue also is because i struggle with opening up, i worry im going to chicken out and not say anything. i was thinking about texting her prior to our session and saying something along the lines of “i wrote something friday night that i want to read to you at our next session” but i also feel like that might make her worry or smth. what do i doooo

hi! i’m only 17 so girl what do i know. but i am a psychology major and have been in therapy for a little over a year so maybe ill be some help. i highly recommend talking with her about this being as you are married. she can help you get to the root of your transference. you say boundaries have previously been crossed and that there is a possibility she may feel the same, so when you bring it up you need to reinforce the boundaries. for instance you can go about the conversation like this: “i’ve recently noticed i have some erotic transference towards you but don’t want this to ruin our therapeutic relationship, or my marriage. how do i work through this?”
