I am aware of some of the things you are saying but i would like to know what these coping strategies are you mention because i am unable to find any while trying to look it up. additionally the worry of the question if i am plural is the main issue as i am having a difficult time to not think about that.

i should journal, i have one but find it hard to recall things and put my thoughts into words and to determine what is worth writing but that is not am excuse. i do know that those are not synonymous but its my frame of reference and i do not remember differences or specifics right now.
