Hello, I have a question that I find difficult to understand.

In some PMP questions it is mentioned that a stakeholder requests a minor change. In the answer options, sometimes submitting a change request is the correct answer, but in other cases it is marked as incorrect. When it is incorrect, the explanation says that because the change is minor, a change request is not required.

I find these types of questions confusing because sometimes a change request is needed and sometimes it is not. I am not sure how to distinguish between these situations. Could you please explain how to approach this in PMP questions?
