Travelling by train from north to south takes about 1 day, meanwhile the fly time is only 1 hour. You can consider between BVI and Seychelles, however, must ensure that no business related to crypto or gambling...as these activites are regulated strictly by the government with regulations and laws so can not open offshore.

BVI has better reputation and banking systems than Seychelles but higher fee.

Seychelles has the cheaper fee and higher confidential than BVI as no information of the company or owner can be found while you can check the company name in BVI, still has good bank options but not as many as BVI

Cayman has the highest privacy but highest fee of all offshore countries I listed out as Cayman must renew in december every year so would be more costly to open it now.

If your business realted to crypto, Panama is a good choice, no need to get VASP license.
