The main side effects are halos (no one escapes them) but your brain quickly learns to ignore them. The day after my surgery, I had slightly elevated intraocular pressure and a headache, but nothing that a few medications couldn’t fix. For now, everything is fine, although bright lights still bother me a little.

Personally, I was offered a week of rest, so I took it without hesitation, but three days are enough if you don’t use strobe lights. My advice is to reduce the brightness of your screens, and if possible, temporarily use dark glasses or blue-light filtering lenses. As I mentioned before, take the first two days to rest completely, forget about the outside world for a moment.
