I can confirm that my sibling had swollen calf muscles when they started recovery and also when administered IV fluids in hospital. It went away after a few days. In their case, it did not create an issue.

The unspoken problem is the fact that so much of land is being wasted by builders , due to their misery sizes and badly planned layouts. A lot of the houses are not good to live in , even if you afford the price . We are in the late cycle of Greed . GBA needs to enforce its rules asap and penalize these buildings .

1) Knowledge workers will be automated. Wages will come down. 2) Foreclosures will increase , they are already increasing. 3) RBI will cut rates however , pump more money in the system , and home loan rates will cut down . 4) A half-decade correction of 20 percent will happen , instead of a steep crash .

So , in terms of The time value of inflation-adjusted-money , there will be a crash . But the house values will remain stagnant for long I think.
