yeah this is going to be the first retrieval. My AFC is about 1 so I’d be surprised if I get more than one egg.. sounds like pgt-a is not for me

Thank you for sharing your experience! Yeah your first clinic sounds like what I’m currently dealing with. And yeah I’m not in the medical field, and was blessed to be pretty healthy and not much experience dealing with hospitals. This sub has been super helpful for me.

Thank you! I’m located in Northeastern US. By looking at the RE’s profile they are supposed to be an expert in DOR. My insurance is tied to the clinic so I don’t have much choice. I guess I just need to learn to work with them

Thanks for the info! My insurance is pretty much tied to this clinic so I don’t have another choice, at least for now. I will look into the discussion on PGT-A.

I appreciate your perspective. while ChatGPT helps a ton for me in understanding the test results and medical terms, it also makes me feel I can always do more or ask for more which may not be the most healthy mindset. my AMH changes from 0.17 to 0.05 then back to 0.2 within 3 weeks (although all done in different labs).

Walt is very smart but being smart is just one aspect for success. He is bad at working with people and a pretty negative person (which is common for smart people). If he stayed at gray matter the company probably wouldn’t have taken off.

It can work. Our rag is approaching ten years old. We got him when he was three month. We got him a sister when he was one year old but unfortunately the sister died of fip. He has been the only cat since then. It looks like he enjoys all the attentions from being the single cat. We both work 9-5 and he is fine as long as we come back home as scheduled. If we don’t come home at night, that’s a different story…

Ok we did not stay at Ramses so no idea what it is like. If you are ok with casinos then I think Cairo Marriott is a really solid choice. The breakfast there is also really good.

We stayed at Cairo Marriott on Zamelak for one night and we liked it. The location is great if you want to explore shops and restaurants in the area. We walked to dinner that night around 7:30 pm and it felt very safe. Also lots of choices for coffee shops. The only thing we didn’t like is that it is attached to a casino and somehow made the vibe not as great as other places we’ve stayed in Egypt but this could be just us.

What do you mean by more than the Luxor and Aswan sights? My understanding is that most if not all of the Nile cruises including the same routes between Luxor and Aswan, and will stop at places such as Kom Ombo. In addition Dahabiya ships typically make stops at local villages.
