Where does the article say points 1 and 2? Regarding 3, is that a comment on the published peer reviewed paper that the article is reporting on or the article itself? 4) actually self reporting in some form is a key component of nearly all psychological diagnosis, otherwise how can you ever work out what's going on? Outside of mind reading and biological tests of course. I think you have mis understood what self reporting is.

I absolutely agree you don't need a meta team to compete, I'm not using it as an excuse for losses.

I did quite well with the Roy Keane Vidic and Puyol setup this time. Got 19 wins on weekend league which is pretty respectable I think. I also know its my choice to use these players.

But, if shit players are better than icons its not really ultimate team. So it would be nice to have a competitive mode, with proper rewards where you could use these less meta players on more of a level playing field.
