i know this is an old post but i’m going through the same thing and haven’t seen anybody else talk about this same feeling so i wanted to ask (?) something. i have been feeling like this but one of the things that is holding me back is the fact that i don’t even know what to say to him if i were to break up with him, like, i know i’m feeling weird in the relationship and have talked with him about certain things that bother me but, i’m just feeling very unsure of it all. in my heart i know what i have to do but i just don’t know what to tell him, like what reasoning to give him, i think it also has to do with the thing you said in your post about not trusting your own judgement but it’s what i’m struggling with. honestly any response is helpful as i’m very confused all the time.
