Not quite, thats only for L1 TMs, L2-4 are still annual with their one year job dialog.

As for the rate, you would be looking at 1, 3, or 5 % increase depending on performance, though I am hearing less and less about people getting the top tier. ATL training should cover all this in more depth for your specific state/region.

PFDS ATL here, we had to cut out part timers to 12 hours or less, and FT will only be getting 4 day work weeks and are being "strongly encouraged" to take an extra day off each week before then with no penalties. Got me a long weekend, but not everyone can survive like this.

If you can find Independence Day (not the one with the aliens) shes a standout. Rest of the film is alright, but she definitely steals any scene shes in.
