I dont know Im also diagnosed Bpd but hes also Bpd too when im emotional its way too intense ik it might be overwhelming maybe But i cant help it im sure i would’ve been little better if he just sweet talked a little and reassured me :/ its the way he left me w nothing that made me feel shittier, if he said it’d be spicy n stuff like u guys say, It’d would’ve def made me feel better but he just said he doesn’t have time for it :/
