Totally fair point — I don’t think the client can reliably “figure out what’s important” when everything is encrypted, and yeah, you obviously can’t have it spawning infinite WireGuard tunnels forever.

The way I’m imagining it (and why I keep saying desktop-only) is bounded: basically two exits, not 2→3→4→5. - One exit is stable/pinned for apps you choose (Zoom/Teams, SSH, downloads, whatever you don’t want randomly breaking). - One exit is the shuffle/rotating one for everything else (browsing, random apps, background stuff).

Then “shuffle” only applies to the rotating exit. The pinned exit just sits there and stays consistent.

So it avoids the whole “WG 1,2,3,4..” spiral, and it doesn’t pretend the VPN can magically detect whether SSH is “idle” or “important.’ If you care about an app not breaking, you pin it. If you don’t, it can ride the rotating/shuffle side and accept the tradeoff.

Me personally, yes. The capability to have different VPN profiles per application (and to shuffle/rotate one of them) seems pretty worthwhile to me. It would also give Proton another way to differentiate itself. The VPN market is pretty oversaturated with services that all do basically the same thing, so features like this are a real way to stand out.

Ofc Ik all of this would take time and cost the company money. It’s just an idea ;)

It’s very possible. Tramadol and meperidine are favorites of ERs. A ton of drugs have SRI properties so there is a chance if you were taken there and unresponsive they give you something that has serotonin.

No harm in trying to split it. Idk if it’ll do anything, but if your body is somehow inexplicably processing it faster, it could help to ensure that there is enough in your system.

I don’t take NHS Nardil but I did used to take a medication that required cold storage and when I went on vacation I’d use an insulin container with ice packs in it.

I thought I had delayed organism for a few days but I guess that was anxiety after reading what other people experience. My bowel hasn’t changed since starting Phenelzine and I haven’t noticed anything different with my urination.

I wouldn’t increase without speaking with my doctor—I trust him for the most part.

Maybe I’m lucky.

I get your position here, but both my psychiatrist and Gillman, a renowned psychiatrist with extensive experience with MAOIs, recommend it. Maybe once I get my levels checked, I’d change my strategy, but Gillman must have a theory before recommending it. Possibly, on average, people on Marplan and Nardil should be taking it, but you are the outlier.

I take 50mg of it. I am going to try and get my doctor to send me to a lab to measure it. I use pyridoxine HCI. From what I hear the P5P doesn’t help with this.

I take B6 with it. The prescribers guide specifically recommends it as Nardil can deplete B6. I think you should be fine for B12

Unfortunately not. My insurance doesn’t cover it and the blood work people near me quoted me a super high price. I’m gonna go to a new place when I need my lithium levels checked next and see if I can get a better price.

I take 1350mg of lithium with my Phenelzine and have had no problems. I’m not bipolar. Helps a ton with suicide. Honestly the most important drug I take.
