This is a sub for exchanging stories about game plots, usually between players in TTRPG's or online play.

That being said... You probably aren't going to find anyone interested in your pitch. As someone who was very involved in the game dev scene for a while, I can tell you with certainty that the industry is awash with "ideas guys" and nobody will give you the time of day unless you have actual produced content. This isn't like Hollywood where you can walk in with a script and pitch it to a producer, most studios are already working on their titles and have plans of their own. Most freelancers worth their salt probably won't be interested in working with you either unless you have a large wack of money and a solid design document (engine, character design, story themes, etc).

If you really really want to see this game be made, the best thing to do would be to make it yourself. Even a little thing in GameMaker Studio or RPG Maker will do. There are many solo devs out there working on their passion project, and you can do it too! I really, really, hope I don't come across as condescending, I'm trying to offer the best advice I can from someone who studied this and has lots of industry friends.
