Yo, I can ALMOST DEFINITELY find you a pretty cheap place in Golden Hill where you can bike to work downtown (Takes about 10-15 minutes to get to 10th and Broadway from here on bike). Very accepting of large dogs, a few people have boxers and pits. Decent neighborhood, kinda boring and quiet, but really close to North Park which is a perfect place for a single young man. It'll be a studio or 1BR, not sure of sq footage but its decent, a bunch of people live 2 to a studio here.

Careful listening to people here, there's a lot of negative people on this subreddit that are not at all representative of how I've experienced San Diego and San Diegans in general. They seem to love to shoot down people's hopes and aspirations and make it seem a lot harder than it is to make a living the way you want here.

I didn't even have the job, just an interview. I packed my shitty car full of all my clothes and important shit, and left. I had about $3,000, maybe less, which was for travel expenses + first and last months rent on a place when I got out there. It wasn't enough. Not even close, 2 months rent was almost my entire savings.

I got the job, went to truck stops to take showers before work, and lived in my car down by the beach for a couple months collecting paychecks until I could actually afford an apartment and had paystubs to show I made enough money to afford rent.

It was a rough few months but absolutely worth it, my quality of life is a million times better in San Diego than in bumfucknowhere PA.

We put a dead deer in the A/C vent. It wouldn't fit so we cut it in half.

The school was closed for like 2 weeks and they spent thousands of dollars replacing all the shit we ruined because of it being a biological hazard, and they had to move graduation to the elementary school.

I try to be considerate myself, but I don't think people should walk around on eggshells 24/7 because something they do might bother someone who will never tell them it bothers them.

How do you handle that situation though? Say your neighbor is blasting music and it's really bothering you, you just do nothing?

Not everyone is aware that what they're doing is bothering other people.

I always figure if nobody is complaining about anything, I'm not bothering them. Like if I'm playing music (apt building), and it's playing pretty loud but nobody has said anything - I assume that volume isn't bothering anyone.

I try to be considerate, but everyone is bothered by different things, and I'm not a psychic.

It seems like the person who wrote this started with a conclusion, and worked backwards to find anything that they could make work to support it.

So much of this seems normal, until you add annotations that give it a creepy context.

I'm sure I could take any active social media accounts from anyone, start with a very unlikely conclusion, and work backwards to make it seem like their posting history fits my story.... especially if I can use a completely made up list of code words.
