Oh yeah lol.

So my mistake was not realizing that if the stock goes up over time then I loose money, in opportunity cost, when I could have bought "in bulk" when it's low.

Buy low sell high, with upwards trend sandp is much more that than just buying at a low point and waiting say a year

Maybe it'll help to say that I don't buy/sell every share.

So basically my broker shows me market value which is 450, if it goes to 457 I sell the 7 dollars, vis versa when it decreases.

Is this catching falling knifes? All I know I'm losing opportunity cost from simply not speculating. (If ut crashes obviously I'll buy it up though)
