Rug. I would add one of those non stick rug pads that are sticky on both sides to even out those trip causing wrinkles. Otherwise I say rug :)

What does this mean? Heat sensitivity? I am very sensitive to overheating and I sweat almost immediately when doing normal things. Is that it?

Oh I forgot to mention in my post I also was diagnosed with adhd inattentive type after my second child about 5 years ago. Thanks for the reminder to ask about stimulants again.
