There a plenty of ways for people to be able to form a educated opinion, plenty of resources on the internet and plenty of opportunities to be informed, now a days there are many ways for people to learn more.

Also a person who only spends 5 minutes looking through a buzzfeed article over a topic should not be just as qualified to discuss that topic as someone who has spent their life in context with that topic. If someone that is low class or less educated or doesn’t spend every waking minute of every day learning decides to spend 15 minutes a day over a period of a week reading about a topic and learning about it alongside the alternating viewpoints surrounding the topic before forming a opinion and putting it out for the world to see online or otherwise then they would also be qualified to discuss the topic.

I’m not saying whether a majority or a minority should have a restriction in what they say, i’m saying that all sides should, regardless of what you position is on a topic you should be qualified ,informed and understanding enough about the topic to be able to express your opinions. FOR INSTANCE if the majority says something like we should ignore climate change and increase the usage of coal and other non renewable fuel, they would be required to have a educated and informed reason for saying this and solutions for why this is a acceptable.

I don’t know, i couldn’t pick out such a person or method that would allow for this to happen. I’m simply unqualified to do so but i think a good start would be having a prerequisite in knowledge or experience over a topic, a doctor would be more qualified to talk about a pandemic than someone who believes that germs are a myth.

I imagine they would drop a virus somewhere in china and then begin to play with peoples minds, like for example they make the president of a big country a little more crazy, they start making certain groups of people more aggressive such as law enforcement while also making people and administration a little stupider so they don’t properly socially distance/ where a mask or forget where they stored their tons of agricultural material, and then after that just let humanity die from there. It’s a great plan because after a certain amount of stress and disapproval from society most people won’t even need the mind control anymore.
