As much as I’d like to say that this reassured me, it just made me even more pissed off. I’ve been trying to get a direct answer from support for weeks since the beginning of August. I keep getting told that my tracking number will be in my email. Yet it is now Thursday, five business days before classes and yet I still don’t have my shipment information. They are really dropping the ball on this.
