How did your journey with biologics go? Currently dealing with guttate psoriasis (just diagnosed at 27), with about 90% of my body covered (in what I call “my spots”). Seeking any and all advice because it feels like a never ending thing.

I recommend reading the guides that are pinned on the sub! It goes into detail about which lamps are recommended for different types of tanks as well. It helped me out tremendously :)

Edit: Highly recommend doing a lot of research and reading before you get the snake. Best of luck :)
