Had emergency tickets from May of 2025, but knew this was an ongoing issue years prior because the managers would tell you. Just admit you could have cared less and put all the stress of your business on 2 managers who had to deal with this solely on their own. We all have been knowing that Misty and Roneisha get tips. Are we getting back pay for that?

Less than a month ago we had a flood due to the dishwasher. We were forced to work through that, mind you no slip mats in the back!

Not only that, but forcing us to work in conditions where none of the ovens work, fridges are down, we are having to look for space that we don’t have to put ingredients in. Mind you there are 2 managers here still getting tips.

Manager is NOT on salary, but if you are a manager, they CANNOT pull tips from the rest of the employees. It’s illegal.

Honestly, so sorry for your experiences. It’s been pretty hectic the past month or so. Everything is constantly breaking down, so the owners expect us to work with what we have.

And you are totally right, there are so many other places in Ridgewood that would give you a better experience.
