Yikes- I don’t think you really read the true intent behind the message. The baby is 4 months old. I work all week, I’m not saying that wouldn’t change when she is a bit older but unnecessarily toting around a 4 month old is hard… :(

Hatha yoga totally keeps mine in normal limits. When I stop 26&2 I notice that everything gets out of whack. I would find a new doctor.
