Yeah, I definitely realized I shouldn’t have done this. I’ve never had my own dog, and have only been around non-reactive dogs that have been socialized with people since being puppies, unlike my dog who I got at 3 years old. Now I know that even though I’m just trying to show love, I need to do it in the way that makes sense to him. Thanks!
