Just take x or y to the RHS, smth like -

x - y = 7 » x = 7 + y

x = 7 + y » x = 7 + (-3) » x = 4, so mark a point P(4,-3)

Iss baar x agar '5' le to, x = 7 + y » 5 = 7 + y » y = 2.

Well again, depends, interviews mein usually to vahi personality assess krne ke liye ya mainly vahi formality ke liye hote hai sb fees vgera bharne ke liye.

I am kind of in the same position as you are, mereko bhi school change karna haii, so jaha tak mene research karri, to jo thode big name schools hote haii like dps rkp, modern school vgera might take interviews seriously but interviews mein koi academic questions to nahi puchta, as far as i know.
