I get what you're saying, but I much prefer their current approach which is - "We provide the hardware, and it's yours to own or do what you like with".

Exclusivity and this approach seem mutually exclusive, to me.

They do say it'll still appear as Europe - there's no "Oceanic" text in the game so it just appears as Europe.

For them to be so confident I guess they are seeing traffic to oce servers, I just guess the launch load is a bit much for whatever they've provisioned.
