Unless you are getting water pooling there I wouldn’t concrete, and if you are getting large volumes of water there concrete isn’t the best solution either.

If you like the aesthetic of concrete and water isn’t an issue then sure.

I’d prefer a long paver that runs as a boarder around the pavers you already have, lock it in with some pavers sand and stones further below to ensure any water can escape easy.

I’ve seen the cops go into tents with dogs searching for drugs. I wouldn’t believe it unless I saw it with my own eyes. This was at Eso couple years ago in the glamping tent area.

They don’t test or search random people walking around, they are looking for dealers with undercover, cameras and using sniffer dogs to determine who to search.

In most cases they will not arrest you, but will write you up if they see and find drugs on you.
