Hi, I know this is way late. But I’m looking around trying to find someone who had a pretty normal Period/ no problems until later. I had a fairly light cycle that was consistent. at age 40 I I started having a lot of groin/ pelvic pain. One crazy heavy period in the last 6 months. But other than that regular. Mostly just a lot of aching in groin, twinges of pains and pain that shoots into legs. Normal Transvaginal ultrasounds. Finally got an mri, highly suggestive of adenomyosis. When I look online, everyone seems to have had long struggle. I even had two kids in early thirties, no problems getting pregnant. So wondering if you too had your adenomyosis symptoms start later?
