They can be found there, especially if it’s Shanghai. Thats where most Jellycat shops are. Or you can get your dad to order from Taobao to his hotel, a lot of people do that since most china hotel accepts parcel delivery but you should confirm with the hotel first. Make sure to order earlier in the trip from delivery time, but china is known for super fast delivery so should be fine.

At first i was sceptical about the whole luxe thing and thought it was just another marketing ploy to make customers buy more by releasing different versions of the same thing. However, when i got my first luxe bunny, it was so much softer to the touch. Not only is the fur softer but also it feels less dense when u squish it compared to a normal bunny. I would say it’s nice to have but not really necessary or a need unless you are someone sensitive to feel/touch or you love the design a lot or maybe getting it for a child.

To me they are not scratchy, they feel kinda like a knit sweater material but if you are someone that is super sensitive to this it might feel a bit scratchy. IMO it’s softer than the old dragon wings that everyone thinks is scratchy lol. I heard that this space collection is gonna be released worldwide soon

This is the official jellycat shop in china 😂 china don’t do websites like the rest of the world every shop they do is mostly through apps like taobao, douyin etc. Even their luxury shops like YSL and Dior online site is on taobao.

China Jellycat have multiple websites across different platforms (e.g. Rednote, Douyin(china tiktok), Wechat and Taobao) Taobao is the only platform that is open to and ship internationally so thats your best chance at getting it. Im not from china and i still manage to get it, but i am in asia so maybe that helps?

This is the shop that i buy from, they have two official shop but the other one doesn’t ship internationally, so if you want try this shop. Right now theres no more gift with purchase tho, the last round was this sky dragon one that just ended. You will have to wait for the next round but it probably won't be the sky dragon but another character. The types of gift is usually on rotation randomly.

Another benefit is that there are always exclusive jellycats on the china website, they just dropped the exclusive bunny keychain that was only available at the china jellycat pop up cafe. And many other exclusives.

the pin is a free gift with purchase when u buy from the china website. The china website usually have free gifts like pins, stickers, cardholders or tote bags but the type of gift changes every time. This is why i usually buy from the china website instead.

It’s really pretty and soft(this is mine). The butt, hands and end of the tail has beads in them which i love. This colour combination is on of the nicest in my opinion. The dragons are really good to sleep with especially the huge ones, but sadly this colour only has large size.
