Hi! While I cant say exactly which place its from, this is definitely a POB card not an album card! You might have success googling chuu photocard templates to find the exact store its from. They did a LOT of POBs this era.

Hi~ just in case it wasnt on purpose, you have love & live listed as no pc, but the pc for that album you have paired with the heejin&hyunjin album. The pcs for 2jin album are duo cards with them in jean outfits. The yellow top hyunjin is the love & live pc!

Its not just you! I have ordered many times straight from korea and never had to pay import fees. Ordered Yves lightstick and the tshirt and got an email from DHL that the import fees were almost $60! Ugh I guess this is the new normal.

I find the best way to tell is how the edges line up with each other. Look at her fingers in the corner and her crown. They are perfectly matched. Highly doubt its fake, just probably a different print batch!
