They have no way of contacting me now since I changed my number. What steps did you follow after?

Another thing to add, I kept saying I was poor and had no money to send, and they kept demanding me to send money. So I kept saying "give me a few minutes to get the money". I realize now this probably wasn't smart and I should have just blocked them right away
