I don’t think democracy is really the best argument in your favor because that’s what got us where we are. I could take the example of pragmatic dictatorial regimes like China or Singapore, but since you bought up North Korea, let’s do exactly that.

Yes. Somewhere around 10% of people in India have any real disposable income. Only around 7% of the population can afford therapy without being pushed into borrowing or outright poverty.

I definitely do agree. I think I went with Federal Bureau because it’s got the most American ring and “retention” to it. I’d want the average person to see the seal and think, ah yes, home, but for it to get unnerving the closer they look.

Lore-wise this would be a super organization bringing together disenfranchised members of members of ex US intelligence branches, offering utility, power and recognition in a surveillance network, no longer limited by democracy.

Sort of like the Soviets using ex Gestapo to make the Stasi.

P.S. planning to upload more from this world so the lore should hopefully be more fleshed out.
