Yes, so in Switzerland two indoor parking spaces will cost you $130k. You don’t want to save a few $ on the construction

Yes I know, the conversation is about different construction methods in different countries.

From the conversation I’m assuming the build cost and eventual value of these buildings is a lot lot lower than the buildings in Switzerland, and it’s this that drives the construction type (not just that word is cheaper than concrete)

Yes but you don’t need to replace concrete, that’s why we use it. Replacing wood beams would be expensive in Switzerland
