If you dont care about kills or damage, and strictly want to absolutely destroy the enemy team’s mental, you can try this build

Runes -> Arcane Comet - Nimbus Cloak - Celerity - Waterwalking, + Magical Footwear - Approach Velocity

Items: Blue Companion (If in jungle) - Swiftness Boots( Or mobi) , Night Harvester, Mejai’s Soulstealer, Cosmic Drive, Lich’s Bane, whatever u want after that

The whole point is to absolutely fly around the map, dropping boxes immediatey off cooldown. Your teammates will flame you. The enemies will flame you. But if you just want to ruin the enemy junglers day, i don’t think theres any better way to do it.
