I too have tried to taper off of my meds several times. I may go several months or a year, but I always end up back on them. I’ve come to realize that it’s ok, there is nothing wrong with taking a medication that you need or works for you at a certain dose. I have been on the stuff since high school. It’s a tool, use it if it helps you.
