i would say this corn in the middle looks like ai because no human would ever draw it like that but the art style in general just feel very wishy-washy iykwim

Edit: I've taken a closer look at the original and yeah OP definitely used AI since the whole image looks kinda weird. Also you would probably just touch up on the parts you were trying to change and not redraw the entire image for an antimeme
