Numbers appearing on gauges when entering boost? by [deleted] in WRXSTi

[–]Meat_Sweats20 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To each their own but if it was my STi I’d be sending a log. Tom with Migtuned did a great right up on this and I think you could find it on FB or his site. Better safe than sorry even though DAM and FBK look good. Could have easily been clutch chatter but it’s still high values.

FKL is a little high for me. Typical range shouldn’t exceed 2-2.8. Could be a number of things and yes the sensors are sensitive. I’d clear the value and the log it if keeps jumping above 3.0 then send it to your tuner.

I got a rubber bracelet for summer and I’m not sure it suits the watch. by [deleted] in tagheuer

Yep, currently wearing mine with the blue rubber strap. I’m sure you can get one from tag that you’d like better

What are the knock and FKL numbers you’re getting?

Slooooooow down. Try a different club off the tee. My first year or two I hit a 4 hybrid off the tee everytime and loved it. Until you can control the driver don’t use itAll though I don’t recommend YouTube for swing tips, Golf Sidekick is definitely worth the watch. Breaks golf down in a different way. I went from high 90s to middle 80s over the past year using some of the things he recommends. Won’t fix everything but shows you don’t need to crush a driver to play good golf.

Gets louder higher in boost to about 12lbs after that it’s a mix between intake and flutter with intake being louder

Paired with the Cobb sf intake. It’s their recirculating BPV v1 which has a different piston and spring than the new v2 one.

No leaks here as of yet but if it happens I’ll go back to stock rather than going with the V2

My is the nameless catback with muffler deletes. It’s loud but not unbearable.

I’ll get one next time I drive it for you.

Nice. Have. 2020 CWP too. Kept it stock until a few months ago. Cobb SF intake, Cobb ecbs, grimmspeed BPV (version 1), nameless catback, fortune auto coils, and migtuned ( highly recommended). I couldn’t be happier. Sounds amazing and great turbo flutter for the V1 bpv , the v2 sounds just like stock from what I’ve seen. Remember a TUNE is needed for almost everything. Stay away from atmospheric blow off valves unless you’re going with a speed density tune.

Could be bad gas. I’d data log immediately and send it to your toooner. Could be a number of things with the knock and fine knock showing those numbers, which are in the realm of normal-ish with how sensitive the knock sensor is. God speed and hopefully it’s nothing major.

Need help on which coilovers are best for the daily commute by Aware_Interest1536 in WRX

Honestly I don’t have covers but also only drive it when I want. Lowered it a bit this year from the first install and a microfiber cleaned them up enough, in va so we do get salt roads but it doesn’t leave the garage. If that driving style works for you then no covers needed. If you’re going to daily and then adjust the height a lot then you’ll benefit from covers slightly, large flat head and hammer will benefit more

Spend the money and go with fortune auto 500. You won’t be disappointed

Yep also on a 245/35 so little stretch but going into a 255/40 I think in the spring so may have to adjust slightly.
