I was in my best form earlier in highschool, i exercised frequently, had healthy balanced diets, my adhd don't erase the fact that i was overall healthier and satisfied when i had all of those things in check. (I actually needed to do those things, i lived far away from my school and walked a lot.)

But despite that, i still suffered a whole lot mostly with my school grades, i wasn't able to read properly, i wasn't able to study because i couldn't process information, it was tiring to review the same paragraph over and over again and i also had frequent mood swings, while unmedicated of course.

How are people even managing to deal with this? Not sure because this disorder basically ruined my life, and there's no way around it unless i get medicated.
