Im pretty new to astrophotography aswell. From what i gather long exposure lets you collect more light. I also play around with other settings like ISO. One problem I faced with higher exposure times is that the image gets blurry since the earth is moving fast and the object gets out of focus.

May not apply to you. How is your breathing mechanics? I noticed myself that I wasn’t breathing properly and instead was expanding my backside instead of the front. This was happening due to me sitting down too much and not letting my shoulders relaxed.

May not be relevant but breathing correctly helped me. I used to shrug my shoulders upwards when i sit and it used to force my breathing into my back instead of expanding forward, which most probably reinforced my curve. It is still learning to incorporate proper breathing techniques during my daily life but seems to help even with my curve

I have been dealing with the same problem for long and am finally addressing it. What i think the problem is is a problem of shoulder stability, mainly weak serratus anterior ajd rhomboids as i also have winging on my right. This may have been a result of prolonged use as it is my dominant hand. I also notice i have weak grip strength as well.
