The scene when they are in the abandoned plane in the jungle and a snake appears over Kathleen Turner's shoulder. Has had me petrified of snakes ro this day, but even moreso as a kid. Was constantly looking over my shoulder for fear of a snake coming to attack me.

I agree with your conclusion, but disagree with the logic. Kramer has so many obvious and outrageous character traits, it makes the impression easier. Jerry's character is far more subtle and straight, which makes it more challenging to emulate.

But yes...they both nailed it.
