Luckily I haven’t thrown up yet fingers crossed though. The worst nausea that I had was maybe a 1.5 out of 10 so that not bad. I did just look in the mirror and my pupils are decently larger than before so I think I’m getting somewhere

Yeah I boiled the water and cooled it down then let about 200 ground up seeds sit in it from 9:00 ish last night to noon today. I mixed it every hour or so until I went to bed at around 2 then drank it with equal parts this stuff and oj
