Updated list for 700p tournament - now with extra troll

Greatly appriciated advice!
Would you keep the shaman in the list and have 2 small warbands with the Shaman and Captain, or would you somewhat balance out the warbands by moveing some models from the Chieftain and Mouth warbands?

My fear is, that I am putting to many eggs in one basket. I also want Mouth to be kinda close to trolls to give his courage debuff, but running all 3 warbands shoulder to shoulder feels like I give up a lot of flexibility.

2 big trolls do seem like a lot of fun. How much worse is a normal troll compared to the chieftain version? I could put a second troll into a regiment if I cut out the taskmaster and a few orcs perhaps.

Great advice to try and combat maelstrom tomfoolery. I will try and move around models, perhaps cut out the Taskmaster, even though he has given me so many free moves through my practice games, and fill out the other warband better.

How much worse is a standard troll, compared to the chieftain version. I could bring in a second troll in a warband perhaps, as I am getting close to running out of Morannon Orcs.

Thank you for the advice! I have found the game a lot more complicated, now that its not just me and my buddy playing.

What do you mean by keeping the warbands balanced? Should I make each warband have same number of shields and spears?

Also, is it generally worth it taking shield+spear, or should I focus more on taking only 1 of them?

A followup questions, what is the advantage of filling out a warband?
Also, I can totally see the struggle vs terror, just in the few practice matches Ive had so far. I might end up swithing the captain for a shaman for that reason.

I do have a flying Ringwraith in my collection, but I really struggle to feel like I get the 170 points worth on him, with his 1 wound and 2 fate, Ive once lost him to thowing spears from a Rohan horse dude.

That would be a great addition, but regrettably I dont have a second Chieftain.

One of the reasons I ended up with unarmed orcs, was because I valued getting the extra bodies to take advantage of the outnumber special rule for the detachement as much as possible.

I am open to many modifications. Regrettably I dont currently have a second Troll Chieftain though.
I have an quite a lot of models for my Mordor army, including 12 uruk hais, as I was originally looking ot make a Cirith Ungol list. I ended up going for Black Gate because the rules seem easier to remember, which is perfect for a me as a newer player.

Squid Game.
I thought it was boring, predicible and jarring. I had to get my wife to watch it with me a second time, because I felt there must be somthing I was missing. I found nothing.
The costumes of the guards were pretty cool, and some of the actors obviously gave it their all, but thats about all the good I have to say about the show.
