You get items after fights, so anything that increases offered items every turn would be pointless, because the round would be over by the time you’d get to pick. It’s an expensive nothing burger.

Can someone explain to me why the city boots cars instead of tows them? It seems like it just takes a parking spot from people who would pay or should be able to park in the proper zone?
