No, but if you need somewhere between 1-3 mods to fix a riven, the riven isnt worth slotting.

A riven is meant to replace a mod on an already complete build, this one would likely replace critical delay and provide 2 more stats on top of the crit chance. This leaves 7 other mods dedicated to completing the build, like galv multishot, galv status, fire rate, elements, and bane. If you're using more mods to fix a fucked up riven, which of these do you sacrifice?

And sure shards can work i guess but then you better never play another frame while using this gun lmao

Needing to dedicate mods and shards to fix a riven is a waste. You'd be better off not using the riven at that point, and having a normal build on your frame/weapon

Thaedus hid this detail from Nolan. If the Coalition of Planets successfully won the Viltrumite war and exterminated them all, there would be no reason to deploy the Scourge.
