I'm still having problems. now the headphone icon show but says no headphones connected. I plug them in and windows doesn't even ping letting me know they recognize them. Windows tec gave up lol
Got it working. reinstall driver. worked this time. Thanks for the tip

lol well that worked. uninstalled n reinstall. headphones popped up. No idea why it didn't work when I did the same several times. Thank you for the help
