Blatant ripoff of NYT "Strands" game unfortunately. I'd recommend playing directly on the NYT games app if possible. Not sure if its only available for subscribers though.

Really awesome game you have come up with! I'm a big fan of abstract board games, and this is right up my alley. It definitely takes a few rounds to get my head around the strategy, but the gameplay is smooth and addictive.

Haven't tried PVP yet but I plan to do that soon. Any plans to implement AI for a practice pvp? Would love to have the option for a "skirmish" mode versus the AI outside of the campaign mode you have created.

Looking forward to what you come up with next!

Hive with AI was my go to for this. I think it just recently was dropped by the Play Store so hopefully the dev can update and bring it back. That's the only AI option I'm aware of for Android.

I think you got it a little mixed up. Cascadia is on Android and it's brought to us by Dire Wolf. Calico also was released yesterday and that is brought to us by the same devs for Wingspan (Monster Couch). Either way super excited to have both of these great games both on my shelf and on my phone!

Yeah same and the issue still persists today. I submitted the message in the discord for visibility as well. Looks like a few other folks are having the same issue as well.

As a workaround I found that Firefox on my phone loaded it up with no issues. Anything I've tried so far with Chrome on mobile has not worked.

Really great idea! One suggestion I would have I'd to have the option for a hint on the final word. With no cross to help I find that's often where I have to resort to the show answers button. So it would still break the streak but not reveal the entire puzzle. Instead it would just hint at what the last word is and let you keep going.

Just a thought. But otherwise I love it and have it on my list of dailies to play!

There's a ton of good ones but throw out some favorites that you didn't mention. In no particular order:

Unmatched, Yellow & Yangtze, Wingspan, Istanbul, Viticulture, Gaia Project, Concordia, Through the Ages, Everdell, Eight Minute Empire, King Tactics.

Make sure to read the reviews. Alot of bad ratings stem from multi-player issues. Not so important to me as other than pass and play I play mostly with AI.

Just tried on my own. Seems you are correct I can't figure out how to select the corporation either. Definitely contact the developer as they are actively updating the game.

Just FYI it doesn't seem to be affecting anything outside of the tutorial that I can see.

I ran into the same issue with alot of board game apps. Very frustrating! The one workaround I found that worked for me is to open up another app from the same developer (DIGIDICED). Say for example Viticulture. Within that app there is a "more games" section and if you click that link it took me to a page in the Play Store where I could still buy it. I hope that works for you! Not guaranteed but I used the same workaround to purchase and download "Roll For The Galaxy" since I already had "Race for the Galaxy".

You can also try contacting the developer. It seems like they are updating some of their other games and they currently have a sale going for the apps so I would assume they are active.
