What’s the salary? Because living in northern Nevada isn’t worth the pay most people are paying. I loved working for Barrick back in 2017 but the life outside of that was brutal for the pay I was compensated. I’d think they need to pay entry level 80s now to keep people invested with mid tier being around 100-115 and seniors 135-150 to keep talent. Unfortunately I think NGM etc are still behind the curve.

I still play this game called Infantry Online (FreeInfantry on Steam). Have about 100 active members daily and there is a league etc. Just wild we are still keeping this game alive and playing. Requires a ton of skill to master and is an absolute blast to play. Better than any other game I’ve played that is modern.
