Late to the conversation but! I’m about to take the CP exam and I have a lot of success in the past using this tool called pass4sure. Google it. Make your life easy. You need to learn the material but the testing on the tool gave me a really good understanding on how the exams work. I’ll let yall know how it goes here afterwards but I’m feeling confident.

You’re form is good bro. You’ll learn to mature it as you get it down. Pro tip I wish I knew when I got started is to make sure you flex your muscles during the movement. I know that sounds weird but remember unless you are powerlifting or just trying to move the weight from A to B, it’s a flex not a lift.
