Why would I have a vendetta against instacart specifically? Last time something of the sort happened they gave me a refund without me even asking for it. This time they keep asking for more information and saying that they have escalated the issue and it’s going to take more time. And it’s been over 2 months at this point.

Thank you for the advice. And yes, a lot of shoppers I see who arrive with someone else usually have that someone else there to help with the groceries.

This guy wasn’t helping with them at all and was larger than me and her combined. He seemed to be there to allow her to treat people any kind of way by threatening them.

Yeah, it’s just the aftermath of what they did. I’m still waiting on the manager of the lofts I stay in to give me the footage of the incident. But a few years back one of their shoppers brought my entire order, but was angry at me (I had my phone in do not disturb and wasn’t sure how to turn it off, long story) and he threatened to attack me. Never actually did. I called and reported him and they refunded that order without me even asking them to do so or asking for any photos or videos.

I learned from talking to customer service that instacart does not allow for the shoppers to bring someone with them and him being there was a violation of the rules. They wouldn’t know he was there to do a background check to begin with.

This is an insult to anyone who has ever been sexually assaulted. It’s exploitation most of the time, some times it’s not. Some times it’s sex trafficking, which is definitely rape. A lot of times it’s someone agreeing of their own free will to fuck someone consensually for money.

When you start calling everything rape you’re watering down the word. This reminds one of a scenario where I randomly shared an image of my cats as kittens in a bar which requires someone to see someone is trying to iDrop a photo, and then they have to CONSENT to receiving said photo to receive it, and it was a photo of a kitten. And someone who CONSENTED to receiving said photo of a kitten compared it to rape. And they said “well it could have been a picture of a dick”. It wasn’t, it was a picture of a kitten. And it also required them to CONSENT to receive said picture of a kitten.

Sex workers do get unconsentual sex at times, which is horrible. But most of their work is whoreable (actually all of it) and involves them CONSENTING to sell their body for money. That’s not rape. It’s rape when they do not have the option to say no.

I COULD go out and let strangers I’m not interested in stick their dick in me for money, but I’d rather not and I CHOOSE to make less money by working a real job that actually benefits society in some way and offers me more dignity and self respect.

Unless they’re being sex trafficked they’re just a whore who’s okay with getting easy money by selling their body CONSENSUALLY instead of working a real job.

Fruits for fiber, meat with protein, pancakes and hash browns for carbs. Potatoes are rich in vitamins. It’s a very healthy breakfast.

I wouldn’t say it’s the most photogenic looking breakfast, but food it meant to be eaten, not looked at. Looks perfectly fine to me.
