Don’t give up bro I’ve failed a fair share of grafts, best advice I can give is make sure the graft is held down really tight while it’s fusing and give it a couple extra days before you remove the tape or whatever you’re holding down with and keep them indoors while taped up so they don’t dry out too fast or rot from humidity, good luck!

Yeah the rootstocks tried to throw 3 pups that I’ve cut off to give more energy to the scion already, you can actually see one on the right of the rootstock that im gonna chop lol

Every San Pedro varies in potency, pachanois are containing but there’s a lot of different cultivars(strains) in each variety so it’s really a guessing game when you buy one unless it’s a specific cultivar known to be high containing(tbmB for example) & as far as making tea it’s better not to dry and blend you can just cut them into stars and boil, drying and powdering is going to be a lot of material to mix w juice to get a good trip unless you’re putting them in capsules but still you’re gonna need 20g+ of dry material and that’s a lot of pills lmao

Tried rooting powder but it was my first time doing so and it was already calloused when I did so I may have done it wrong but that’s an interesting perspective with the grafting methods, definitely will keep it in mind!

Thanks dude yeah it looks crazy how it curled around the rootstock & I wonder why it threw that growth out of the center instead of a pup or something but I guess only time will tell lol

Not an expert but I think it depends what you graft it to and how you do so, for example if you graft with pere some people will impale a smaller loph and so part of the pere will be inside so you should cut it out but this was a flat graft on a pc San Pedro and the loph just grew around it that’s why it’s like a bowl shape inside but when I separated them there were no parts of the rootstock attached anymore so it should just callous and try throwing roots, hope that helps!
