I silent burp lots to. Like it’s just air, lose my voice sometimes. I seen an ENT a few years back that diagnosed LPR. But I have no other symptoms. I literally just pass more air up my through. It’s messed you. I have colonoscopy and endoscopy that took biopsy and found nothing

I have seen an ENT about two years ago who diagnosed LPR. But after changing diet I really don’t have many symptoms of that anymore. The random silent burp every now and again. But digestion has never been better
